GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)全稱為(wei)GRC建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)細部裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)。目(mu)前市場上的(de)(de)常見的(de)(de)GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)如GRC羅馬柱(zhu)、GRC檐(yan)線(xian)、GRC裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)線(xian)條、GRC角線(xian)、GRC門窗套、GRC花瓶欄桿等。依據建(jian)(jian)(jian)設(she)部頒(ban)布的(de)(de)國(guo)家標(biao)準《建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)裝(zhuang)修(xiu)工程(cheng)(cheng)施工質量驗收規范》GB50210-2001,GRC建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)細部裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)屬于(yu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)裝(zhuang)飾(shi)(shi)裝(zhuang)修(xiu)工程(cheng)(cheng)中的(de)(de)細部工程(cheng)(cheng)中的(de)(de)一個分(fen)(fen)項花飾(shi)(shi)中的(de)(de)一種建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)部品。建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)細部是建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)整體(ti)的(de)(de)一部分(fen)(fen),建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)細部設(she)計就是研究整體(ti)與局部的(de)(de)關系。完美(mei)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)一定具有完美(mei)的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)細部,它對強化特(te)定的(de)(de)建(jian)(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)設(she)計效果起著(zhu)決定性作用。

本文GRC構(gou)(gou)件所要解決的技術問題(ti)是:GRC構(gou)(gou)件安(an)裝方法和流程,以(yi)提高GRC構(gou)(gou)件的安(an)裝牢(lao)靠性。
為解(jie)決上述技術問題,本文(wen)GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)實施例,包(bao)括n個呈倒L型的構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)元和(he)底(di)板(ban);n個構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)元依次連(lian)接,底(di)板(ban)的一端和(he)位于最底(di)端的構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)元固定連(lian)接;構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)元的底(di)部(bu)設有安(an)裝孔。
構件(jian)單元(yuan)包括橫板(ban)(ban)和豎(shu)(shu)板(ban)(ban),橫板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)一(yi)端和豎(shu)(shu)板(ban)(ban)的(de)(de)頂(ding)端固定連接(jie),且橫板(ban)(ban)和豎(shu)(shu)板(ban)(ban)中(zhong)(zhong)設有(you)鋼筋條;位于最頂(ding)端的(de)(de)構件(jian)單元(yuan)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)橫板(ban)(ban)中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)(de)鋼筋條伸出橫板(ban)(ban)端面,且橫板(ban)(ban)頂(ding)面設有(you)位于鋼筋條上方的(de)(de)第一(yi)延伸部(bu)。
1、第一延伸部長度(du)大于位于第一延伸部正下(xia)方的鋼筋條長度(du)。
2、底板(ban)中設(she)有鋼(gang)筋(jin)條,底板(ban)中的鋼(gang)筋(jin)條伸(shen)出一端面,且底板(ban)設(she)有位(wei)于鋼(gang)筋(jin)條下方的第(di)二(er)延伸(shen)部(bu)。
3、第二延伸部長度大于位于第二延伸部正上方的鋼筋(jin)條長度。
4、第一延伸部(bu)的外(wai)壁面和第二延伸部(bu)的外(wai)壁面均(jun)設有防水密封層。
GRC構件(jian)的安裝方法,該方法包(bao)括(kuo)以下步驟:
1、在墻體(ti)上(shang)開孔(kong),孔(kong)的(de)數量為(wei)n+3;從(cong)上(shang)向下,孔(kong)依次標記為(wei)第一孔(kong)、第二孔(kong)、…、第n+4孔(kong);
2、在第(di)二孔(kong)和第(di)n+3孔(kong)中預埋膨脹螺栓;
3、在(zai)第(di)三(san)孔(kong)至第(di)n+2孔(kong)中分(fen)別設置支撐(cheng)(cheng)件(jian),支撐(cheng)(cheng)件(jian)的一端(duan)固(gu)定連接在(zai)墻體的孔(kong)中,另(ling)一端(duan)伸(shen)出墻體的孔(kong);
4、將(jiang)位于最頂(ding)端的構件單元的延伸(shen)部(bu)置(zhi)于第一孔(kong)中;將(jiang)底板上的延伸(shen)部(bu)置(zhi)于第n+4孔(kong)中;
5、將位于最頂端的(de)構件單元中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)橫板中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)伸出(chu)的(de)鋼筋條與第(di)二孔中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)膨脹螺栓(shuan)焊接;將底板中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)伸出(chu)的(de)鋼筋條與第(di)n+3孔中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的(de)膨脹螺栓(shuan)焊接;
6、將n個構件單元的(de)橫板依次搭接在支撐件上。
7、將(jiang)n個(ge)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的橫(heng)(heng)板(ban)依次搭(da)接在(zai)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)上,包(bao)括:每(mei)個(ge)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)與一(yi)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)對應設(she)置(zhi),且支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)位(wei)于構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的橫(heng)(heng)板(ban)的下方;除最頂端的構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)和最底(di)端的構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)以外,其他構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)通過螺栓與支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)連接,且所述螺栓一(yi)端連接在(zai)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的底(di)部安(an)裝孔中。
8、支撐件(jian)支撐對應構件(jian)單(dan)元橫板(ban)的(de)整個底面。
9、支撐(cheng)件由(you)硬質(zhi)非金(jin)屬材料(liao)制成(cheng)。
與現有(you)技術相(xiang)比,本文(wen)GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)制(zhi)作工(gong)藝實施例的(de)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)及安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)方法可(ke)以(yi)提(ti)高GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)牢靠性(xing)。本GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)呈臺階(jie)狀。整個(ge)(ge)GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)結(jie)構(gou)(gou)(gou)簡單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan),根據工(gong)程需(xu)要,設置(zhi)合理數(shu)量的(de)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)。該GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中,n個(ge)(ge)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)依次(ci)連接(jie)(jie)(jie),底板(ban)的(de)一端和位于(yu)最底端的(de)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)固(gu)定(ding)連接(jie)(jie)(jie),所以(yi)在(zai)GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)中形成一個(ge)(ge)空腔,用于(yu)設置(zhi)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。通過安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)將GRC構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)在(zai)墻體(ti)上。在(zai)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)方法中,設置(zhi)了支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian),且支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)數(shu)量與構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)數(shu)量相(xiang)等(deng)。每(mei)(mei)個(ge)(ge)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)的(de)橫板(ban)搭接(jie)(jie)(jie)在(zai)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)。每(mei)(mei)個(ge)(ge)構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)單(dan)(dan)(dan)(dan)元(yuan)(yuan)中都設有(you)對(dui)應(ying)的(de)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)支(zhi)(zhi)撐(cheng),利于(yu)提(ti)高構(gou)(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)(zhuang)的(de)整體(ti)牢靠度。

下(xia)面結合附(fu)圖,對本(ben)文GRC構件制作(zuo)工藝的(de)技術方案進行詳細的(de)說明(ming)。
如圖1所示,本發明實施(shi)例的一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)GRC構件(jian)(jian)(jian),包括n個呈倒L型的構件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1和底(di)板2;n個構件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1依(yi)次(ci)連(lian)(lian)接,底(di)板2的一(yi)(yi)端(duan)和位于最底(di)端(duan)的構件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1固(gu)定連(lian)(lian)接;構件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1的底(di)部設有安(an)裝(zhuang)孔。
上(shang)(shang)述實施(shi)例中(zhong),GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)呈臺階狀(zhuang)。n為大于2的整數。整個(ge)GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)結構(gou)(gou)簡單,根(gen)據工程需要,設置合理數量的構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1。該(gai)GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong), n個(ge)構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1依次連(lian)接(jie)(jie),底板(ban)2的一端(duan)(duan)和(he)位于最底端(duan)(duan)的構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)單元1固定(ding)連(lian)接(jie)(jie),所(suo)以(yi)在GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)中(zhong)形成(cheng)一個(ge)空腔,用于設置安裝(zhuang)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)(jian)。通過安裝(zhuang)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)件(jian)(jian)(jian)將GRC構(gou)(gou)件(jian)(jian)(jian)連(lian)接(jie)(jie)在墻(qiang)體上(shang)(shang)。
如圖2所示,所述構(gou)件(jian)單元(yuan)1包括橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101和豎板(ban)102,橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)端(duan)和豎板(ban)102的(de)(de)(de)頂(ding)(ding)端(duan)固定連(lian)接(jie),且橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101和豎板(ban)102中(zhong)設有鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao);位(wei)(wei)于(yu)最頂(ding)(ding)端(duan)的(de)(de)(de)構(gou)件(jian)單元(yuan)1中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao)伸出橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101端(duan)面,且橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101頂(ding)(ding)面設有位(wei)(wei)于(yu)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao)上方(fang)的(de)(de)(de)第一(yi)延(yan)伸部(bu)103。在橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101和豎板(ban)102中(zhong)設有鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao),利于(yu)保持構(gou)件(jian)單元(yuan)1自身結構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti)性。同時,橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao)伸出橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101端(duan)面,用于(yu)與墻(qiang)體(ti)(ti)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)件(jian)焊接(jie),從而(er)實現定位(wei)(wei),即構(gou)件(jian)與墻(qiang)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)位(wei)(wei)置。鋼(gang)(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao)上方(fang)設有第一(yi)延(yan)伸部(bu)103。第一(yi)延(yan)伸部(bu)103與橫(heng)(heng)(heng)(heng)板(ban)101可為(wei)整體(ti)(ti)件(jian)。設置第一(yi)延(yan)伸部(bu)103是為(wei)了避免雨水滲入(ru)構(gou)件(jian)中(zhong),腐(fu)蝕連(lian)接(jie)件(jian),從而(er)提(ti)高構(gou)件(jian)安裝的(de)(de)(de)牢(lao)靠性。
為(wei)了進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)提高(gao)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)性能,第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103長度大于位(wei)(wei)于第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103正(zheng)下(xia)方(fang)的鋼筋(jin)條(tiao)長度。安裝時,第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103的端部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)位(wei)(wei)于墻(qiang)體(ti)(ti)的孔中(zhong)。這樣雨(yu)水(shui)從墻(qiang)體(ti)(ti)上淋下(xia)后,通過(guo)第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103流(liu)到構件上表面(mian),利(li)于提高(gao)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)性能。更進一(yi)(yi)步(bu),第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103的外壁面(mian)設有防水(shui)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)層(ceng)。設置防水(shui)密(mi)封(feng)(feng)(feng)(feng)層(ceng),使得(de)第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103和安裝第(di)一(yi)(yi)延(yan)(yan)伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)(bu)103的墻(qiang)體(ti)(ti)孔之間的縫隙更小(xiao),不利(li)于雨(yu)水(shui)的滲入(ru)。
如圖3所(suo)示(shi),所(suo)述(shu)底(di)板2中(zhong)設有鋼(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao),底(di)板2中(zhong)的鋼(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao)伸出(chu)一端面,且底(di)板2設有位于(yu)鋼(gang)筋(jin)條(tiao)下方的第二延伸部(bu)201。
在底(di)板(ban)2中設有(you)鋼筋條(tiao),利(li)于(yu)保(bao)持(chi)構(gou)件(jian)(jian)單元(yuan)1自身結構(gou)的(de)(de)(de)整體性(xing)(xing)。同時(shi),底(di)板(ban)2中的(de)(de)(de)鋼筋條(tiao)伸出底(di)板(ban)2端(duan)面,用于(yu)與(yu)墻(qiang)體中的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)件(jian)(jian)焊接(jie),從而實(shi)現定位,即構(gou)件(jian)(jian)與(yu)墻(qiang)體的(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)位置(zhi)。鋼筋條(tiao)下方(fang)設有(you)第(di)二延(yan)伸部(bu)(bu)201。第(di)二延(yan)伸部(bu)(bu)201與(yu)底(di)板(ban)2可為整體件(jian)(jian)。設置(zhi)第(di)二延(yan)伸部(bu)(bu)201是為了避免雨(yu)水滲入構(gou)件(jian)(jian)中,腐(fu)蝕(shi)連接(jie)件(jian)(jian),從而提高構(gou)件(jian)(jian)安裝的(de)(de)(de)牢靠(kao)性(xing)(xing)。所述第(di)二延(yan)伸部(bu)(bu)201長度大于(yu)位于(yu)第(di)二延(yan)伸部(bu)(bu)201正(zheng)上方(fang)的(de)(de)(de)鋼筋條(tiao)長度。
安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)時,第二(er)延伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)201的(de)(de)(de)端部(bu)(bu)位于墻體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)中。底板2上的(de)(de)(de)鋼筋條與墻體(ti)中的(de)(de)(de)螺栓焊接。將(jiang)第二(er)延伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)201的(de)(de)(de)端部(bu)(bu)設(she)(she)置在墻體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)孔(kong)中,利于提高密封性能。更進一步(bu),第二(er)延伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)201的(de)(de)(de)外壁面(mian)設(she)(she)有防(fang)水(shui)密封層(ceng)。設(she)(she)置防(fang)水(shui)密封層(ceng),使得(de)第二(er)延伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)201和安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)第二(er)延伸(shen)(shen)部(bu)(bu)201的(de)(de)(de)墻體(ti)孔(kong)之間的(de)(de)(de)縫隙更小,不(bu)利于雨水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)滲(shen)入。
上述GRC構件制(zhi)作工藝(yi)實施例的GRC構件安(an)裝(zhuang)方法(fa),包括以下步(bu)驟:
1、在墻體4上(shang)開孔,孔的(de)數(shu)量為(wei)n+3;從上(shang)向下,孔依次標記為(wei)第(di)一孔、第(di)二孔、…、第(di)n+4孔;
2、在(zai)第二孔(kong)(kong)和(he)第n+3孔(kong)(kong)中預埋膨脹螺(luo)栓;
3、在第(di)三(san)孔至第(di)n+2孔中分別設(she)置支撐(cheng)件(jian)3,支撐(cheng)件(jian)3的(de)一(yi)(yi)端固(gu)定連接在墻體的(de)孔中,另一(yi)(yi)端伸出墻體的(de)孔;
4、將位于(yu)最頂端的構件單元1的延伸(shen)部103置于(yu)第一孔(kong)中;將底(di)板(ban)2上的延伸(shen)部201置于(yu)第n+4孔(kong)中;
5、將位于最頂(ding)端(duan)的構件單(dan)元1中(zhong)(zhong)的橫板(ban)101中(zhong)(zhong)伸出的鋼筋(jin)條(tiao)與第(di)二(er)孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)的膨脹螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)焊(han)接;將底(di)板(ban)2中(zhong)(zhong)伸出的鋼筋(jin)條(tiao)與第(di)n+3孔(kong)(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)的膨脹螺(luo)栓(shuan)(shuan)焊(han)接;
6、將(jiang)n個構(gou)件單元1的橫板依次搭(da)接在支撐件3上。
