第一、避免影響建筑質量、而產生裂縫
相鄰GRC產(chan)品間安(an)(an)裝后產(chan)生裂(lie)(lie)縫(feng)這(zhe)種裂(lie)(lie)縫(feng)多(duo)(duo)出現在(zai)垂(chui)直及水(shui)平(ping)長度較(jiao)大的(de)GRC線(xian)條(tiao)(tiao)接頭(tou)間,造(zao)成線(xian)條(tiao)(tiao)分節明顯,嚴重(zhong)(zhong)影(ying)響外(wai)飾(shi)面(mian)(mian)效果。GRC產(chan)品線(xian)條(tiao)(tiao)在(zai)外(wai)裝飾(shi)中大多(duo)(duo)制(zhi)成1.5~3米/根(gen),并(bing)用(yong)多(duo)(duo)根(gen)連接安(an)(an)裝在(zai)一起來(lai)勾(gou)勒外(wai)墻面(mian)(mian)效果,由(you)于(yu)一方(fang)面(mian)(mian)其(qi)自重(zhong)(zhong)較(jiao)重(zhong)(zhong),安(an)(an)裝時受力不均,受其(qi)自重(zhong)(zhong)影(ying)響,相鄰接頭(tou)間產(chan)生裂(lie)(lie)縫(feng);另一方(fang)面(mian)(mian),線(xian)條(tiao)(tiao)在(zai)安(an)(an)裝時由(you)多(duo)(duo)根(gen)連接,接頭(tou)在(zai)施工中處理(li)多(duo)(duo)用(yong)1:2水(shui)泥沙漿(jiang)填縫(feng),其(qi)熱膨脹系(xi)數與GRC水(shui)泥制(zhi)品不同(tong)。造(zao)成裂(lie)(lie)縫(feng);再有GRC線(xian)條(tiao)(tiao)安(an)(an)裝時,尤其(qi)是水(shui)平(ping)方(fang)向線(xian)條(tiao)(tiao)未(wei)留伸縮縫(feng),當氣(qi)溫變化(hua)時在(zai)接頭(tou)被拉開(kai)或擠裂(lie)(lie),而產(chan)生裂(lie)(lie)紋。
	
第二、避免安全隱患
避免(mian)GRC構(gou)件在(zai)預(yu)埋鋼(gang)骨(gu)架(jia)的(de)位置產生順鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)方向的(de)銹脹裂縫GRC構(gou)件中的(de)預(yu)埋骨(gu)架(jia)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)和預(yu)埋件應采用鍍鋅(xin)鋼(gang)筋(jin)(jin)或不(bu)銹鋼(gang)條,或采用其他防銹處(chu)理,以避免(mian)銹脹裂縫的(de)產生,消除安全隱患。
	
第三、建筑外觀不受影響

第四 、達到施工要求
GRC線條(tiao)在(zai)外墻(qiang)(qiang)上(shang)安裝(zhuang)時,一(yi)般是(shi)根據生(sheng)產廠家提供(gong)的安裝(zhuang)圖,在(zai)外墻(qiang)(qiang)面上(shang)安裝(zhuang)8~10的普(pu)通膨脹螺(luo)栓(shuan),然后(hou)用中?準6鋼筋將(jiang)其與線條(tiao)上(shang)預埋鋼筋焊(han)接,或者(zhe)是(shi)直接用膨脹螺(luo)栓(shuan)將(jiang)裝(zhuang)飾凸塊、窗頂花固定在(zai)墻(qiang)(qiang)面上(shang)。上(shang)述安裝(zhuang)辦法,在(zai)施工中一(yi)般都采(cai)用點(dian)焊(han)的辦法,焊(han)縫長度達不到要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),膨脹螺(luo)栓(shuan)打人墻(qiang)(qiang)體后(hou),很容易打在(zai)磚縫里(li),不能起到作(zuo)用,達不到施工《規范(fan)》的要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),給GRC線條(tiao)的安裝(zhuang)帶(dai)來了隱(yin)患(huan)。
